About Come In and Burn...
Most of the files for this page came from the original Henry Rollins Stuff page which was hosted in Australia by
Andrew "Alf" Leahy. He set up the original page and ran it for a several years. Alf did a commendable job running the Rollins Talk Mail thread and keeping up with the changes. The page sat untouched for over an year so I took it upon my self to download all of the existing data from the site and began work on revising the information, fixing broken links and adding new ones.
I will try to keep the site up to date however, any help with errors, new information or suggestions is always welcomed.
I have no association with Henry Rollins, The Rollins Band or with 2.13.61 publications. I'm just a fan, so any questions regarding their stuff will go unanswered.
I paid little attention to Rollins and Black Flag in the '80's, too much of a corporate image to maintain. Life deals some wild hands and about the time I was ready to fold the End of Silence CD came out. In less that 2 minutes of Low Self Opinion I was hooked. knocked out, blown away you name the cliche. How did he know? It just did it for me. I went on a quest to find out all I could about "the man". In the process of learning about Rollins I learned allot about myself and was definitely "changed" from the whole experience. I read his books, I listened to the Rollins Band recordings and found the medium of spoken word. All in all it's been awesome. I managed to get a few things signed and steal a few words from Henry after a couple spoken word shows.
Please note the files here are gathered from web sites around the world and I don't claim any copyright or ownership of the contents. Please feel free to use them at your own discretion. If there are any violations of anyone else's copyright it is purely unintentional.
A brief note about advertisements on the site. This site is ad supported. They help to off set the cost of web hosting and domain renewals. If I was to estimate how much I earn from this it would come out to less than $1 per hour of work. They do help pay the bills. So thanks to those who chose to make purchases from our advertisers. Every bit helps.
I'd also like to thank all the Rollins fans from across the planet that have sent comments about the site.
Lots of new things on the way. Stay tuned...
